How is your Fitness Resolution coming?
The end of January is already upon us that means its time to check how we are doing on our goals for the New Year. Hopefully you're still on track, kind of on track or are going to get back on track! Wherever you're at, now is a good time to re-evaluate to find out what is working and what is holding you back, make an adjustment and push ahead to the next point of your goal. Our little fitness group has doubled its numbers at our Saturday morning workouts and I hope we'll continue to grow and help each other get healthier and happier! Speaking of Saturday the 30th, we'll be meeting at the same time, 8 am, and same place, church on 2700 w surrey rd (5735 s) for another great workout. Bring your spouse, bring a friend, a neighbor, anyone who is looking for a little boost in their fitness they are all welcome!
