It was a very nice morning for a Fall walk, although it wasn't just a stroll in the park. We did a walk with Kathy Smith on my Keychain Trainer and she really got our hearts pumping it was great! I must say congratulations to my Mom for coming out, sore knee and all. She did what she could and said she felt great afterwards. This was a big first step for her getting started with exercising again. Thats why we are here to help you and others get started and keep going through these winter months. This saturday, Nov. 14th, we will meet inside the church, 2700 w 5735 s. (surrey rd.), at 8:00 am since it looks like we may have snow.
If there are other groups meeting together in their areas let me know and we can help spread the word for those that want to meet up. Keep up the good work on your weekday workouts!
