A chance of a lifetime

Hi Everyone!
As winter will be upon us VERY soon, I’m trying to be pro-active this year and organize a support group to keep my friends and I motivated through the normally “hibernation weight gain” months.  It seems every November I SWEAR I wont gain over the Holidays, and every spring I kick myself for not staying focused. 
I'm organizing a party to start a support group; share some new ideas, tips on exercise and nutrition, and get serious this year to help all of us stay committed to our goals through this winter.

Special guest Tim Misewicz, personal trainer for 25 years, will be coming to give us all the latest in the fitness world.  There will be some healthy snacks as well as some give-a-ways (I’ll keep that a surprise!).

Come have some fun Thursday, September 24th, at 7:00pm at the Cederholms', 9519 S. Heather Dale Cir. (off of 1370 W.).  Bring a friend or two or three, Tim wants us to pack the house!
